This Privacy Policy describes how FreshKeep handles your information. By using the App, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Information Collection and Use

FreshKeep is designed with privacy in mind:

• No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number.
• Local Storage: All data regarding your pantry items and expiry dates is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data.

2. Permissions

The App requires the following permissions to function:

• Camera: Used solely for scanning barcodes. Images are processed in real-time on your device and are never saved or uploaded.
• Notifications: Used to send alerts for expiring items.

3. Third-Party Services

The App does not use any third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising SDKs. Your data stays on your device and is not shared with third parties.

4. Data Retention

Because all data is stored locally, it is retained only as long as the App is installed. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all recorded pantry data.
